Scopay: online payments 

Grasmere school uses Scopay, a secure online payment system.  This system allows you to make payments to our school using the Internet. Payments for trips,  and wraparound care; breakfast club, after-school clubs and after-school play centre, are all made online. 

If you are a new to the school and do not yet have an activated account, please send an email to  info@grasmere.hackney.sch.uk  to request your child’s activation link. You will then receive an email informing you of your username.  Once you have successfully logged in you may book and pay for your required wraparound care. Please select how to book and pay for wraparound care clubs for further instructions.  

You can email info@grasmere.hackney.sch.uk with enquiries about breakfast club, after-school clubs and  play centre. We aim to respond to your query within two working days. 

You may also pay for wraparound care using childcare vouchers. Please email the school office to inform us that you will be paying using childcare vouchers so that we may set up your account to accept voucher payments. Please also let us know how much of the voucher payment is to be allocated to which account so that we can credit  the correct accounts accordingly once we receive the funds.
