Re: Kench Hill Centre payments

I would like to inform you that the next academic year 6 school journey to Kench Hill Centre is on Monday 25^th September 2017 for 5 days. The cost of trip will be £220.00 including transport.

Should you wish to pay this amount in instalments, please see below the payment plan:

• Please make an initial deposit of £60.00 by Friday 14^th July 2017
• 1^st instalment of £50.00 is due by Friday 8^th September 2017
• 2^nd instalment of £50.00 is due by Friday 15^th September 2017
• Balance of £60.00 is due by Friday 22^nd September 2017

Should you need The School Journey Grant for this visit, please come to the office to discuss the details with me as soon as possible. Please note that since we are cashless school, make payments online on www.scopay.com using your usual username and password.  If you need any help with this, please do not hesitate to contact either me or Patsy.

Please ensure that your payments are made in time and before the deadline dates. If we do not receive all the funds by the due date the trip may have to be cancelled.
